Yes. As long as the details you give us are accurate, the price you see is what you pay — supply, installation, commissioning and VAT included. If we spot something on the day that wasn't mentioned (for example a much longer pipe run), we'll always agree it with you before doing any extra work.

A single-room system is usually fitted in half a day to a day. Multi-room systems typically take one to two days.
Most houses don't, but listed buildings, conservation areas and some flats may need consent. If you live in a flat you'll usually need permission from your freeholder or management company. We'll talk this through with you before booking.
Modern indoor units are very quiet on low settings — comfortably quiet enough for a bedroom. We position the outdoor unit to keep noise away from you and your neighbours.
