Buying a unit
Can I buy a unit without installation?
Yes. Choose Supply only on any unit. Split systems contain refrigerant, so they must be installed by an F-Gas certified engineer, and we'll ask you to confirm that at checkout. Don't have an installer? We can fit it for you.
How do I choose the right size?
As a rough guide: 2.0–2.5kW for a bedroom or small office, 3.5kW for a living room, and 5.0kW or more for large or open-plan rooms. Every product page has a size helper, or get a free quote and we'll recommend the right unit.
How long does installation take?
Most single-room systems are fitted in half a day to a day. Multi-room systems usually take one to two days.
