Questions about this unit

Can I buy a unit without installation?

Yes. Choose Supply only on any unit. Split systems contain refrigerant, so they must be installed by an F-Gas certified engineer, and we'll ask you to confirm that in the basket. Don't have an installer? We can fit it for you.

How do I choose the right size?

As a rough guide: 2.0–2.5kW for a bedroom or small office, 3.5kW for a living room, and 5.0kW or more for large or open-plan rooms. Units that come in several sizes have a size helper on their page, or get a free quote and we'll recommend the right unit.

Is your quote price fixed?

Yes. As long as the details you give us are accurate, your quote covers the unit, installation, commissioning and VAT. If we spot anything extra, we agree it with you before any work starts.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Units are delivered to your door, and delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

What warranty do I get?

Every unit comes with the manufacturer's warranty. An annual service keeps it running efficiently and helps keep the warranty valid, and we can do that for you.
